Who We Are

Synergy360 Global Health is non-profit, section 8 company, which provides health care services addressing the need for care around the world- especially in low socio-economic or impoverished communities lacking access to basic health education and medicine.

What We Do

Synergy360 Global Health started its health program with a view to provide healthcare to all irrespective of location and socio-economic standards, nonetheless, with a special focus on urban poor and underserved villagers. Keeping the health of children, women, and other vulnerable populations in mind. Our healthcare program aims at taking healthcare at the doorsteps of people and also encourages health awareness and contemporary healthcare-seeking behavior among underprivileged people. It is done through campaigns, health camps organized at regular intervals, and providing health screening, medical care, and medicines through mobile health clinics.

These are critical services without which children’s lives are placed at risk. We cannot let one disease lead to outbreaks of other diseases that could reverse years of progress in child health.

Burn

Working with a global network of burns specialists, Synergy360 Global Health has developed a comprehensive, integrated approach to improving the quality of burn care. This approach has been implemented in countries across Asia, Africa and the Middle East.

Primary Care

Synergy360 Global Health ensures healthcare and nutrition intervention for women and children in vulnerable communities across India and US. Our programmer encourages preventive health, balanced nutrition and child development practices in underprivileged settlements. Patients can get diagnosed and treated for acute and chronic illnesses with our high quality and free of cost primary healthcare services from our patient-centric team of professionals.

Health Awareness Camps

By health we do not mean the absence of physical troubles only. But it is a state of complete physical; mental and social well-being. The loss of health is loss of all happiness. India has made rapid strides in the health sector since independence. free regular medical camp has been opened in slum areas at our free medical champ Doctors and paramedical staff from renowned government and non-government medical hospitals examined patients, gave free medical consultation in areas of general medicine, dental treatment, Blood Sugar and Blood Pressure Testing, public hygiene and prescribed, distributed free medicines, conducted free medical tests for the poor and needy.

Chronic Health Care

Chronic care is a patient-based approach to provide chronically ill patients with the knowledge and resources to help them better understand their conditions and to help them to adhere with treatment for better outcomes. Chronic care patients may require the services of a variety of care providers, including dietitians, nutritionists, occupational therapists, nurses, behavioral care, pain management, surgery, and pastoral care. Working in collaboration with the patient, the chronic care provider coordinates care these and other specialist providers. Additionally, the patient may require palliative or hospice care, especially at end of life.
